Refund policy
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns. Customers who have ordered from the European Union have the right to return an unworn product within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return.
Defective products can be returned and/or exchanged within 7 days of receipt .

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Unfortunately Zaum cannot offer free returns at this time for these items. However we will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Faulty or damaged item
If an item received is faulty or is got damaged during transit, you must please contact our customer service team at customerservice@zaumstudio.com within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a detailed description of the damage.
Cancelling Order
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after they are placed.
Changing Order
You can change the product size in your order until the order is shipped. Please note that a last-minute change may increase the time it takes to receive your product.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sample sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of the date you receive your item.
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping fees and any import duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred when returning items from outside the European Union.
